This recipe makes 5-6 portions
-500g Mince Meat
-1 cauliflower
-1 broccoli
-3 carrots
-5 medium sweet potatoes
-1 tsp gluten free gravy
– splash of boiled water
-1/2 tsp pepper
-1 pinch of salt
– small handful grated cheddar cheese

Method
•
-Preheat the oven to 180degrees (fan oven)
-Peel and cut the sweet potatoes into quarters, add to boiling water and boil on medium-high for 10-12mins until soft.
-whilst the potatoes are cooking brown the mince and add in the veggies on medium heat.
-when the mince is fully cooked add in a tsp of the gravy and add in a splash of boiled water, stir until thickened. Add in salt and pepper.
-leave to simmer whilst you drain and mash the sweet potato.
-pour the meat & veg into a Pyrex dish and top with the mash potato.
-you can add a cheese of your choice to top the pie I used cheddar.
-bake in the oven for 25-30mins and enjoy!
