Ok so for those of you who say I don’t have time, yes you do!
It’s all about prioritising!
I struggle to train or lift heavy on an empty stomach and by 10am my tummy would be growling and I’d reach something sugary and not particularly good for me to curb the hunger pangs!
This morning I had literally a minute to get myself something to eat so i threw together a pre workout protein smoothie packed full of goodness…
I drank this in the car on the way to nursery/school drop off 30mins before heading to the gym and a full day/evening of clients!
If you don’t put fuel into your car what happens? It breaks down!
Make sure you fuel your body!
